Leadership role to drive a team of software developers, help them and implement best practices in coding.

Ability to understand customer specific requirements.
Thorough knowledge in SDLC.

Knowledge in PHP, MySQL, AJAX, jQuery, JSON
Knowledge in Frame Works (any one, preferably Zend): Zend/ Cake PHP/ symfony
Packages: Joomla, Magento, Word Press, osCommerce/ Zen Cart, Drupal
