Join TAM as a Application Engineer and you'll provide support to sellers and other developers as they build their businesses on top of Amazon's Seller Platforms. Job Description

As a Application Engineer, you'll represent Amazon as you manage technical inquiries from sellers that want help using our services. You'll also work directly with Amazon Services' engineers to ensure that seller issues are resolved as expediently as possible. In addition, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
+ Writing code samples, tutorials, and technical articles for the community
+ Working with sellers to understand how they are using our services, and providing feedback to development teams
+ Driving communication during Amazon Services critical events
+ Driving projects that improve support-related processes and our sellers' technical support experience
+ Developing and troubleshooting enterprise websites.
