Job Description
· BE/DME 3-8 Years hands-on experience in machine shop
· Good knowledge in reading engineering drawings
· Good knowledge in GD & T
· Understanding of fabricated products & Machined components
· Experience in inspection of components (Manual & CMM) & selection of measuring equipments
· Understanding of assembly processes (Preferably automotive or aerospace)
· Knowledge on Problem solving techniques Eg: 8D, Fish bone analysis
· Knowledge on SPC & FMEA
· Ability to do manufacturing process design for machined components
· Ability to do statistical analysis using Minitab
· Ability to translate existing data into new formats
· Experience in the Layout and Dimensioning of Fixtures
· Working knowledge of key CADDS systems, AutoCAD, UG
· Working knowledge in TCE
· Awareness of aerospace engine products
· Awareness of aerospace quality requirements
· Candidate should be willing to travel to UK for a training for minimum 6months
