The desired Skill set will be following:
|
- Total experience of 2 – 3
- Hands on with Core Java/ J2ee (Servlets/JSP/Struts/Spring)
- Hands on with any of the IDE ( Eclipse/RAD etc)
- Hands on with Oracle (9i/10g) with SQL queries and PL/SQL experience
- Good to have basic Unix Knowledge and knowledge of batch processes with Proc* would be a PLUS
- Willing to work in shifts and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Designing, coding, debugging, documenting and supporting efficient and effective computer applications and tools consistent with established specifications and business requirements.
- Interpret business requirements related to a significant element of a system application.
- Assist with design or enhancements of straightforward aspects of less complex systems.
- Completes efficient coding on complex applications.
- Will act as key contributor in designing, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation of complex business initiatives.
- May contribute to the establishment of systems development protocols and / or selection of systems management approaches involving major company investments.
- Must be capable of analyzing and solving complex problems, converting business requirements into technical designs and code implementation.
- Document unit test plans; completes unit testing successfully.
- Provide input / assist in conducting system feasibility studies.
- Assist with evaluation of systems scope and objectives.
- Guides, trains, instructs and assists others at lower levels on straightforward technical issues.
- Adherence to the defined delivery process/guidelines.

Qualifications: |
- B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
- Around 3 – 4.5 years of total experience.
- Should posses good knowledge of SDLC processes.
- Should have very good knowledge of Database concepts, Oracle PLSQL, SQL Tuning.
- Should have basic knowledge and experience in Core Java/JSP (Servlets)/JavaScript, Struts Framework.
- Must have used IDE – Eclipse or RAD.
- Exposure to Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute).
- Willing to learn new technology.
- Should be able to work independently with minimum support/mentoring
- Good Communication Skills.
- Prior experience of healthcare is preferred.

- Evaluate, redesign and modify existing program logic to improve overall system performance.

- Able to provide training and assistance on full range of technical issues to lower level staff on a project team.
- Encourage domain knowledge and aim to be/build an SME in specific functional component.
- Participate in estimation and assist Project Manager in UItilization
