• 7-10 Years of demonstrable, hands-on experience with customizing,
developing, and configuring Oracle Retail applications (RMS, RPM, or RIB a must!)
• Ability to analyze retail business problems and offer solutions utilizing Oracle Retail products
• Involved with at least 1 complete implementation of Oracle Retail applications that includes RMS
• Experience with Oracle development products (Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL)
• Experience with other development tools such as C, Java, XML, HTML
• Experience with offshore development and support models with Oracle Retail applications
